PURPOSE: An anti-reflective film with excellent scratch resistance and surface slip property is provided to lower friction coefficient to improve scratch resistance, and to prevent noises. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflective film with excellent scratch resistance and surface slip property comprises: a hard coating layer(110) which contains acrylate compounds and is located on one side of a base film(100); a high-refractive layer(120) containing binder resin and conductive particles; and a low-refractive layer(130) containing fluoride. The hard coating layer, high-refractive layer, and low-refractive layer are laminated in sequential order. The surface of the low-refractive layer is concavo-convex. The coefficient of moving friction is 0.5 or less, and the coefficient of static friction is 0.7 or less.
