<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition compounded with a vegetable extract containing a flavonoid-based or non-flavonoid-based secondary metabolic product, suitable as an external preparation for skin and having excellent stability, to provide a cosmetic composition, a quasi-drug composition, a medical supply composition, a sanitary good composition and a medicine composition which contain the cosmetic composition, and to provide a cosmetic, a quasi-drug, a medical supply, a sanitary good, and a medicine which contain the composition.
