The present invention relates to a cylinder deactivation engine to deactivate a part of cylinders and to realize a variable valve lift of other part cylinder at the same time. The cylinder deactivation engine including two or more cylinders, to selectively deactivate a part of the cylinders according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: one or more deactivation cylinders to be selectively deactivated; one or more activation cylinder which is not deactivated; a cylinder deactivation apparatus included in the deactivation cylinder and operated by oil-pressure to selectively realize the lift of the valve as a zero-lift; the variable valve lift apparatus included in the activation cylinder and operated by the oil-pressure to selectively change the lift of the valve; the oil-pump to generate the oil-pressure to operate the variable valve lift apparatus and the cylinder deactivation apparatus; and at least one oil control valve to control to selectively supply the oil-pressure received from the oil-pump to the variable valve lift apparatus and the cylinder deactivation apparatus.
