<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a switching element and a control element are mounted on a single land in an insulation state. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor device 10 is principally provided with: an island 12, the switching element 18 and the control element 20 which are mounted on the upper surface of the island 12, a lead 14 functioning as an external connection terminal, and a sealing resin 16 for covering the components and mechanically support them. The switching element 18 is fixed on the upper surface of the island 12 via a conductive brazing member 24. On the other hand, the control element 20 is fixed on the upper surface of the island 12 via an insulating sheet 26 pasted on the rear surface of the control element and an insulative fixing material 28. The control element 20 is mounted using a combination of the insulating sheet 26 and the insulative fixing material 28, and thus the control element 20 can be mounted in a state of being insulated from the island 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
