PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a cordless power tool and a non-contact charging device realizing simple and easy handling as the cordless power tool by providing the cordless power tool using a charged capacitor as a power source and providing the non-contact charging device supplying power by the electromagnetic inductive coupling using a pair of electromagnetic induction coils as a means for charging the capacitor. SOLUTION: The cordless power tool is so configured that a power source pack 20 with a circuit configuration of the capacitor 22, a charge/discharge control circuit 24 comprising a rectifying circuit for charging/discharging the capacitor and a power receiving coil 26 receiving power by the electromagnetic inductive coupling for charging the capacitor is detachably mounted to a power tool body 10 as a power source for driving a motor 12. The non-contact charging device 30 is configured to comprise a power feeding coil 36 supplying power by the electromagnetic inductive coupling facing the power receiving coil 26 of the power source pack 20.
