<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller, a printer and a motor control method capable of preventing variation of tension regardless of the use of a rolled body when a web is fed to a downstream side by drive of a second motor and a third motor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The motor controller includes the second motor 35 for giving drive force for rotating the rolled body RP wound with the paper; the third motor 53 for giving drive force for driving a conveying drive roller 51a; a load measurement means 100 for measuring a relationship of load applied to the second motor 35 and a drive speed of the second motor 35 without driving the third motor 53; and a motor control means 100 for simultaneously driving the second motor 35 and the third motor 53 at any one of timing, giving interpolation output based on the measurement result at the load measurement means 100 and the drive speed of the third motor 53 to the second motor 35 at control to execute conveying toward the downstream side of the paper by drive of the third motor 53.
