The present invention prevents virtual limit setting information from being initialized, by extending and correcting a virtual limit position compared to a conventional position when a hard stop phenomenon occurs before and after a virtual limit section. To this end, the present invention provides a virtual limit correcting apparatus of a vehicle power seat, comprising: a switch to drive a seat; and a seat movement controller correcting a virtual limit position by enabling a track dead end position and a correcting position to be a correcting area for a dead end position of a track to be moved when a hard stop phenomenon occurs before and after a virtual limit point which is originally set while a power seat is moved in accordance with operation of the switch.
