COATING APPARATUS OF NANOPARTICLES AND NANOPARTICLES COATING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A nano particle coating apparatus and a nano particle coating method using the same are provided to spray carbon nano-particle with Venturi effect when carbon nano-particle aqueous solution is sprayed through a nozzle by intermittently supplying high pressure air supplied to the nozzle through a high frequency solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A nano particle coating apparatus comprises followings. An object(70) to be coated is mounted on a frame(10). A nozzle(20) sprays the carbon nano-particle aqueous solution which the objected is coated with. An air supply part(30) intermittently supplies high pressure air to a nozzle to spray the carbon nano-particle with Venturi effect through a nozzle. A nozzle drive part drives the nozzle on the upper part of the object. The air supply part comprises a compressor(31), an air transfer pipe(32), a pressure control valve(33), and a high frequency solenoid valve(34).
