PURPOSE: An inkjet printer head and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve flexibility of a nozzle plate by adding a plasticizer to a photoresist composite for forming a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A heater for heating ink and an electrode for supplying a current to the heater are formed on a substrate. A flow path layer is formed by applying a first negative photoresist composite patterning it. A sacrificial layer is formed on the top of the substrate to cover the flow path forming layer. A nozzle layer including a nozzle is formed on the flow path forming layer and the sacrificial layer by applying a second negative photoresist composites and patterning it. An ink feed hole is formed, and then the sacrificial layer is removed.
