PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent used lubricating oil from dripping to stain a workpiece, to make arrangement of instruments for collection around a main shaft tip part unnecessary, and to minimize machining sites and the number of components. SOLUTION: Both an air exhaust hole 41 and a lubricating oil discharge pipe 51 are formed vertically and in parallel on the outside of the bearing 12 supporting the vertical main shaft 11 of a housing 13. The lower part of the bearing 12 and the middle of the height of the air exhaust hole 41 are connected by a communication hole 43. The lower ends of the air exhaust hole 41 and the lubricating oil discharge pipe 51 are connected to communicate each other through an oil basin 45. The lubricating oil in the oil basin 45 is sucked to the outside of the housing 13 through the lubricating discharge pipe 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
