METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING POWER BY USING EXHAUST HEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop practical use except for boiling water by heat exchange and take-out of warm air both of which are conventional use of exhaust heat.

SOLUTION: A Peltier element is fitted to an exhaust heat route of an exhaust heat apparatus. An inner side of the Peltier element is heated by exhaust heat flowing in the exhaust heat route and an external face thereof is cooled by open air. A temperature difference is given to both internal and external faces and power is generated by Seebeck effect of the Peltier element.
