PURPOSE:To reduce chip areas and to obtain a voltage source stable to temperature by employing specific constitution of two transistors (Tr) for the stabilized power source which utilizes the base-emitter forward voltage of a Tr. CONSTITUTION:The stabilized power source consists of two Trs Q1' and Q2' and three resistances R1'-R3', and the resistance R3' is formed as shown in a figure having a positive temperature coefficient. Here, the output voltage Eref of this power source is shown by an equation where DELTAVBE' is the difference in VBE between the Trs Q1' and Q2', and constant even in case of temperature fluctuations. |
