PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition excellent in foaming property and foam quality, and having a good stop feeling property on rinsing. SOLUTION: This skin detergent composition contains the following components (A) to (F) and water. (A) A polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate. (B) A polyoxyethylene alkyl ether carboxylic acid or its salt. (C) A cationic group-containing polymer having a≥4.5 meq/g cation electric charge density. (D) An inorganic acid salt or a≤6C organic acid salt. (E) A polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant.
