<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a steam sensor for a fuel cell in which deterioration of an electrode such as exfoliation in the steam sensor can be prevented, the steam sensor for the fuel cell, and a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The steam sensor includes a step 100 of applying pump voltage Vp+ of a positive direction to a pump cell 31 by turning on a switch SW1, a step 110 of determining whether a fixed time is progressed and moving to a step 120 when the fixed time is progressed, a step 120 of measuring pump current Ip+, a step 130 of calculating steam concentration from the pump current Ip+, a step 140 of determining whether the fixed time is progressed, namely, whether it is timing for switching an applying direction of voltage and moving to a step 150 when it is such timing, and a step 150 of turning on a switch SW2 by turning off the switch SW1 and applying pump voltage Vp- of a negative direction to the pump cell 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
