The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented natural product using Gynura procumbens, and a fermented natural product using Gynura procumbens, prepared by the method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fermented natural product having an excellent survival rate of Bacillus spores. The method comprises the following steps: (a) inoculating a Bacillus licheniformis strain on a solid medium, followed by incubation, to prepare Bacillus spores; (b) inoculating the Bacillus spores formed in step (a) in a medium containing soybean cake, Gynura procumbens, and water, followed by incubation, to prepare a fermented product; and (c) drying and pulverizing the fermented product prepared in step (b). |
