<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle floor structure reducing the area of a bead range necessary for stress relaxation, and efficiently releasing the stress. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rocker 12 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and in the intermediate section 16A of a rocker inner panel 16, the attachment section 18A of a floor panel 18 is arranged in a face contact condition and joined by a plurality of spot welded sections 20. In the floor panel 18, the length of bead 22 formed in a circular arc shape is arranged with each welded point 20A (the central section of the spot welded section 20) in the plurality of spot welded sections 20 as a center.
