Consequently, the air fuel ratio feedback control and the air-fuel ratio learning control can be appropriately executed even at the abnormal time of the air flow meter, and injection quantity change, air quantity change and the like due to hardware individual differences and secular change can be absorbed as at the normal time of the air flow meter.
