<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart high hydrolytic resistance to a textile structure composed of polyester-based fibers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A terminal blocking agent is exhausted in the interior of the treated fibers after spinning with the terminal blocking agent. Thus, terminal carboxy groups are blocked.
