PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steering wheel capable of effectively warming the surface side of a wooden member. SOLUTION: An electrode terminal 34 is connected to both end parts of a conductive film 46. The conductive film 46 radiates resistance heat by energization from an electrode terminal 34 side. Here, as the conductive film 46 coats the whole surface 30C side of the wooden member 30 which coats a rim core 20, the whole surface 30C side of the wooden member 30 is directly warmed by resistance heat of the conductive film 46.
