The cross-connect-structure (11) has n inlets and n outlets, where n is equal to m, and inlets are valid for each n. The m wave guides are divided into two same size groups, containing the wave guide that is 1 to m divided by 2. Each wave guide that is 1 to m divided by 2 is assigned to the outlet that is 1 till n divided by 2 of same denotation in the wave guide structure, and is valid for each inlet.
