<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel capable of properly exhibiting a buffering function and a base interval-maintaining function, and capable of being easily manufactured. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel 10 includes: a pair of bases 17, 18 arranged opposite to each other at a predetermined interval; a liquid crystal layer 19 sealed in between both bases 17, 18; a first spacer portion 33 formed on the liquid crystal layer 19 side surface of the array base 18 among both bases 17, 18 and brought into contact with the CF base 17 while being elastically deformable; and a second spacer portion 34 formed on the liquid crystal layer 19 side surface of the CF base 17 and spaced apart from the array base 18 while having a higher elastic modulus than that of the first spacer portion 33.
