PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition is provided to show tensile property compared with a conventional tread rubber composition, and to ensure excellent wear performance, dynamic viscoelasticity, and snow performance. CONSTITUTION: A tire tread rubber composition comprises a base rubber 100 parts by weight, silica 40~90 parts by weight, carbon black 10~50 parts by weight, 2~5% epoxidized palm oil 5~40 parts by weight. The base rubber comprises a styrene-butadiene rubber 60~90 parts by weight including styrene content 30~50 % and a butadiene rubber 10~40 parts by weight including cis content 94~99%.
