摘要 PURPOSE: A porous titanium-hydroxyapatite scaffold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which use hydroxyapatite which is similar to the bone component of the organism and titanium with excellent anti-corrosiveness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous titanium-hydroxyapatite scaffold comprises a step to manufacture hydroxyapatite nano-particle in the hydrothermal synthesis method; a step to manufacture complex paste by mixing hydroxyapatite nano-particle, titanium particle, and biodegradable polymer; a step to form an air bubble of the giant size by putting the paste into the extruder of three-axis molding machine and spraying it; and a step to sinter and degrease the formed porous scaffold.
