FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of treatment of minerals and relates to item of concentration of solid sulfide high copper-nickel ores, particularly flotation extraction of pentlandite from pyrrhotine-bearing and industrial products. Method includes treatment of pulp of nickel selection by short-chain dithio-urethane at usage of collectors and stage-by-stage extraction of pentlandite into foam products. Pulp is additionally treated by sulphite, feeding it into pulp in correlation to dithio-urethane (2.5-3.5):1, and introduced into pulp dithio-urethane is dosed. Additionally dosing of this reagent is implemented so that as a result of its introduction into pulp would be providing in it concentration of anions of dithio-urethane, which corresponds value of potential of immersed into pulp dithio-urethane-selective electrode, equal to -380-400 mV (relative to saturated chlorine-silver reference electrode). Additionally in the capacity of collectors there are used ethyl and butyl potassium xanthate. ^ EFFECT: increasing of qualitative-quantitative measures of separation process of pentlandite from iron-containing mineral of pyrrhotine, reduction of pecuniary costs. ^ 9 tbl, 2 ex |
