Disclosed is a device for saturation of nonalcoholic beverages with carbon dioxide, which contains a system of pipelines, a mixing pump, an inverted valve, a mixer, a carbonization pump, a pressure control valve, an accumulating tank with a supply fitting and a safety valve, those are connected to each other. A hydrodynamic cavitation device is used as a mixer, this consists of a housing, flanges, the static cavitator with nozzles for introduction of carbon dioxide, located evenly in circle from the cavitator end, and on outer surface of bushing blades are installed at an angle of 3045° to the flow direction in the amount of 4-12 pieces. |
