A device for strengthening surface of opening of component contains a housing with a cover and a cavity for component, in which an elastic chamber filled with working fluid is coaxially located with deforming elements located on its external surface and a hydrodynamic emitter enclosed in the working fluid. The deforming elements are made in the form of solid balls of the same diameter located in the clearance between the surface of the opening of component and the elastic chamber, and the hydrodynamic emitter is made in the form of lower and upper electrodes connected with a pulse generator of electric current. In the case the cavity of elastic chamber has variable cross section along the vertical line.
