APPARATUS FOR MEASURING A THICKNESS OF VEHICLE AIR BAG COVER-TEAR LINE

PURPOSE: A tear line thickness measuring apparatus of a vehicle airbag cover is provided to measure the thickness of a tear line which is formed in the airbag cover of a crash pad by using a laser sensor. CONSTITUTION: A tear line thickness measuring apparatus of a vehicle airbag cover includes a fixing means(10), a transfer means(70), a measuring means(200), and a control means(300). The fixing means fixes a crash pad. The transfer means conveys the tear line of the crash pad to the X-axis and Y-axis. The measuring means measures a processed tear line by using a pair of laser sensors. The control means displays numeric information about the measured thickness of the tear line.
