PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging and treating atopy is provided to improve stability in applying to the skin and increase product price. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains stabilized nanosome with stem cell culture product as an active ingredient. The nanosome contains lecithin or lecithin-like emulsifier of the structural formula 1, oil component and aqueouos component. The lecithin-like emulsifier is glyceryl cocoate/citrate/lactate or glyceryl citrate/lactate/linoleate/oleate.
