<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield body facilitating miniaturization, and a magnetoencephalograph equipped with the magnetic shield body. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic shield body 11 is used in the magnetoencephalograph 1 to shield a measuring position H from external magnetic fields. The magnetic shield body 11 has a shield film 50 made of a superconductor formed on the inner wall surface 40a side of a base body 40 whose both ends are open. The magnetic shield body 11 includes a cylindrical barrel part 41 and a restriction part 43 continued from one end side of the barrel part to be tapered. The relation between the diameter of the aperture D on the restriction part 43 side and the distance L from an opening 33a on the restriction part side to the measuring position H is L/D ≥1.13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
