<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress reducing agent capable of reducing stress and relaxing tired feeling and tiredness by making a fixed amount of aroma component surely acting on the olfactory system of human being, in musical performance and learning thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stress reducing agent uses at least one kind of aroma component selected from the group consisting of (3Z)-hexenol, (3Z)-hexenal, (3E)-hexenol, (3E)-hexenal, (2E)-hexenol, (2E)-hexenal, n-hexenol and n-hexenal, which are chemical synthesis components or essential oil components originated from green leaves. Also, the stress reducing agent, of which the aroma components are (3Z)-hexenol and/or (2E)-hexenal, is provided.
