<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of switching its seat back from a seated-state to a walk-in state, and further to a fully-reclined state, while at the fully-reclined state, capable of locking the slide of a seat cushion only at a predetermined location. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular seat is provided with a slide-unlocking retention mechanism, which turns a slide-lock mechanism from a locked state to an unlocked state when the seat back 3 is switched from a seated-state to a walk-in state, furthermore, keeps the slide-lock mechanism at the unlocked state even when the seat back 3 is switched from the walk-in state to the fully-reclined state, and turns the slide lock mechanism from the unlocked state to the locked state when a seat-cushion 2 is slid backward to reach a predetermined location with the seat back kept at the fully-reclined state.
