<p>The invention relates to a bearing profile for false ceilings and walls and to an installation for making the same. According to the invention, the profile has a C- or U-shaped cross section, being made of zinc-plated sheet and having a medial base (A) and two sides (B) which can be flanged or not, having some longitudinal reinforcements (a) on the base (A), as folds of semi-rectangular, semi-trapezoidal or semi-circular cross section, some longitudinal reinforcements (a') on the sides (B) and at least one longitudinal row of long or short cross reinforcements (b, c, d and e) as parallel deep drawing recesses of rectangular cross section which can be straight or curved, with or without rounded corners, where positive and/or negative recesses alternate, at least in the area of the base (A) they being arranged between two longitudinal reinforcements (a), under an angle of 60...90° in relation with the edges. The claimed installation for making the bearing profile comprises a deep drawing device placed before a main profiling stand consisting of several profiling stands (3) having some profiled rollers (11 and 12), i.e. a lower one and an upper one, adjacent to some retaining rollers (13 and 14), i.e. a lower one and an upper one, each of them being placed on a corresponding shaft for profile interoperation by means of some spacing rings (15) and symmetrically rotated by means of some engaging gear wheels (16 and 17) placed on the shafts of the retaining rollers (13 and 14) which are fixed within some bearings (18) of a main stand support.</p> |
