<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a period required for generating a plate-out phenomenon, in a casting process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A casting die delivers a dope to a support body, a cast film is formed from the dope on the support body, and the cast film is peel off from the support body, in a casting process 70. When carrying out a maintenance process 71 as to the support body, the delivery of the dope onto the support body is stopped, the support body is injection-treated, and the delivery of the dope is restarted. The support body is blown with a gas mixture containing a dry ice particle, and an oxide film generated in the support body is removed, in the injection treatment.
