<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet whose coercive force can be sufficiently improved by Dy while decreasing the amount of usage of Dy, and to provide a process for producing the permanent magnet. <P>SOLUTION: A raw magnet material comprising 27-30 wt.% of Nd, 60-70 wt.% of Fe, and 1-2 wt.% of B is dry-pulverized with a jet mill. Then, the pulverized fine powder and an anti-corrosive oil with a dissolved Dy compound (or Tb compound, Dy fine particle, or Tb fine particle) to produce slurry 42. After the generated slurry 42 is wet-molded, the permanent magnet 1 is produces by deoiling and sintering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
