PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for imaging digestive tract making it possible to portrait the storage part of intestinal liquid residues of the remaining water of intestine cleaning fluid and intestinal fluids which are frequently observed in the large intestine after intestine cleaning in the inspection of large intestine cancer etc. by CT colonography, decreasing inspection time and the load to patients, and having high portraiting capacity, and a fluid medicine for peroral administration. SOLUTION: This composition for imaging digestive tract in CT colonography is a composition for imaging digestive tract containing an iodine compound, and contains a regulator for colloid oncotic pressure and/or a regulator for crystalloid oncotic pressure.
