<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly set timing for a downlink radio resource allocated by "Persistent Scheduling". <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method has a step A in which a radio base station eNB notifies a mobile station UE of information on a first period and an uplink radio resource, and a step B in which upon reception of a fixed assignment signal from the radio base station eNB, the mobile station UE determines a first assignment start time, receives downlink data via a downlink radio resource with the first assignment start time as a starting point, and transmits receipt confirmation information via the uplink radio resource.
