Ž<P>SOLUTION: This measuring material quantity determination method comprises a database storing step S101, an internal standard material calculation step S104 of calculating the peak area or height of ions of set mass/charge ratio of internal standard material, a measuring material calculation step S107 of calculating the peak area or height of ions of selected mass/charge ratio, an ion ratio correction coefficient calculation step S108 of calculating, as the ion ratio correction coefficient, the intensity ratio between the intensity of the ions of the set mass/charge ratio and the intensity of the ions of the selected mass/charge ratio, an ion ratio correction ratio calculation step S109 of calculating the ion ratio correction peak area ratio or height ratio by multiplying the peak area ratio or height ratio by the ion ratio correction coefficient, and a measuring material concentration calculation step S110 of calculating the concentration of the measuring material by assigning the ion ratio correction peak area ratio or height ratio to a relative calibration curve.
