PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate editing a ladder diagram with high efficiency. SOLUTION: This ladder diagram editing system, on a ladder diagram edit screen 11, edits a ladder diagram displayed under ladder conditions that a plurality of condition components C11 to C13 are AND circuit-connected to a first lateral connection line L1, and condition components C21, C22, C31 on second lateral connection lines L2, L3 are OR circuit-connected to the first lateral connection line L1 by a longitudinal connection line V2, into a ladder diagram under ladder conditions that the longitudinal connection line V2 is moved by dragging and dropping any spot or area on the longitudinal connection line V2 to other AND circuit connection points on the first lateral connection line L1, and a connection state of the AND circuit and the OR circuit is changed by extending the lateral connection lines L2, L3.
