<p>The present invention provides novel non-hydrolyzable and permeable cyclic bis-[nucleotide monophosphate] derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions comprising thereof. The cyclic bis-[nucleotide monophosphate] derivatives of the present invention are useful for treatment of bacterial infections, in particular, for disruption of bacterial regulation and/or signal transduction, disruption or reduction of bacterial pathogenicity, and/or disruption or reduction of a bacterial pathogenicity related activity such as biofilm formation.</p> |
