<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both of a driver and a passenger to listen a stereophonic reproduced sound having a spread feeling. <P>SOLUTION: A first speaker DR is disposed at a right side of a central position in front of a driver 1F sitting in a driver's seat, while a second speaker PR is disposed at a left side of the central position in front of the driver 1F. A third speaker DL is disposed at a right side of the central position in front of the passenger 2F sitting in a passenger's seat and a left side of the second speaker PR, and a fourth speaker PL is disposed at a left side of the central position in front of the passenger 2F sitting at the passenger's seat. An audio signal of a right channel is supplied to the speakers DR and PR, while an audio signal of a left channel is supplied to the speakers DL and PL.
