PURPOSE: A computer cleaning device and a control method thereof are provided to implement usage convenience with enhanced cooling efficiency by automatically removing dust of a cooling pin by a vibration generating element. CONSTITUTION: A radiating fan(50) is controlled by a controller. The air current which the radiating fan makes passes the cooling pin(60). The air current which the radiating fan makes is heat-exchanged when passing the cooling pin. The heat-exchanged air current is emitted to the outside of the main body. The vibration generating element(70) which power applies and generates the vibration is equipped in one side of the cooling pin. The controller controls the drive of the vibration generating element. The vibration generating element transmits the vibration to the cooling pin, and removes the dust in the cooling pin.
