<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having a tear propagation interrupting action, securely guiding a tear line in one direction, preventing a strip piece form being accidentally broken and further preventing waste from being produced due to separation of the strip piece. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag 1 has a spout through which the content is taken out, and the spout is formed by tearing a sealed part on a periphery of the bag 1 from an opening start point on the edge of one side of the sealed part of the periphery to open the storing section 4. A tear line formed by tearing the storing section 4 from the opening start point toward the edge of the other side includes a first stopper 8 for stopping the torn line after the formation of the spout, a second stopper 10 for stopping a torn line formed by tearing the bag from the first stopper to the edge of the other side of the sealed part, and a tear guide line 9 for guiding the tear line formed from the first stopper to the second stopper.
