The element has a heat-insulating layer (3) and a film layer (4) covered with plates (1, 2) made of plastic, sheet metal, glass or ceramics, on both sides, where the film layer contains a latent heat storage material upto 30 percent of weight of the film layer. The heat-insulating layer comprises polyurethane foam, and the plates are totally or partly stuck with the heat-insulating layer and the film layer. A boundary region (5) is filled with a spacer of plastic, metal or foam material. The plates have length and width equal or larger than that of the heat-insulating and the film layers.
