PURPOSE: A stick with fixed and movement grip heads is provided, which makes the old, the weak or the disabled easily use the stick by raising use convenience and functional. CONSTITUTION: A stick with fixed and movement grip heads comprises a fixed grip head(10); a fixed grip head stick(30) of the tube-shape which is inserted into the fixed grip head; a main body member(21) in which an extended grip part(22) and one stick are penetrated and which has a through-hole which is formed to be slid; a stopper(23); and a movable grip head(20) consisting of a stopper holder(24) supporting one stopper.
