The structure (1) has a crosspiece (2) comprising an upper element (21) fixed to lower elements e.g. crosspiece liner (22) and central liner (23), by a partition (4) to form walls delimiting front and rear caissons (31, 32). The partition has a fixation unit (5) including a connection formed by electric welding points (51, 52) between the partition and the central liner. The fixation unit has connections (53, 54) formed by intumescent joints (6) between the crosspiece liner and the partition.
