A knife for skimming, filling or stripping for example that has an adjustable head where the positioned of the head in respect to the handle 6 of the knife is adjustable. The adjustment means are two pivotal 4, 5 joints located between the handle 6 and head 1, 2 of the skimming/filling knife forming a double knuckle joint. The joints may be tightened via a screw and fly nut to lock the joint in one position. The handle 6 may be hollow and accommodate a longer handle/tube to allow the user to use the device at higher levels. |
