<p>PURPOSE: An aluminum reproduction melting facility and a method for melting are provided to reduce energy and fuel by pre-heating a raw material of a chip shape or a granule with waste heat. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum reproduction melting facility includes a feeding hopper(10), a melting furnace(30), a heat exchanging chamber(80), and a pre-heater(20). The feeding hopper supplies a raw material. The melting furnace fuses the raw material. The exhaust gas is discharged to the heat exchange chamber. A suction pump(82) is supplied to suck the air. A burner(70) heats inside melting furnace.</p> |
