DATA BUS OF CMOS IMAGE SENSOR AND CMOS IMAGE SENSOR INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A data bus of a CMOS image sensor and the CMOS image sensor including the same are provided to prevent the delay of the data bus from being generated via a common node although the number of memory cell arrays is increased, and reduce the chip size. CONSTITUTION: A data bus of a CMOS image sensor comprises a plurality of memory cells(481). The memory cells include a storing unit(510) and an output unit(530). The storing unit stores the first digital data and the second digital data(Qb) in the first storage node and the second storage node. The first and second digital data corresponds to the difference between an analog pixel voltage and a reference voltage which are provided from a counter. The output unit provides the stored first and second digital data to the first and second data lines in the first and second output nodes in response to a column selection signal. The output unit shares the first and second common nodes together with other memory cells.
