PURPOSE: A shutter apparatus for a small-sized camera is provided to simplify the structure and reduce the size, thereby being applied to the small-sized camera installed in a communications terminal or digital camera. CONSTITUTION: A shutter apparatus for a small-sized camera comprises base upper/lower parts(11,13), a shutter part, a coil(3), a ring magnet, a rotor arm(8), and a link structure. The base upper/lower parts are mounted in a telescopic part and have a light through-hole. In order to open and close the through-hole, the shutter part is installed in the base upper/lower parts so as to be movable. The coil is wound several times and fixed to the base part or yoke coil(2) and receives the power source from the outside. In the ring magnet, the polarity is divided into plural pieces. The rotor arm is connected to the magnet(5). The link structure transfers the power through the rotor arm to a blade(12).
