PURPOSE: A synchronization detecting method and a synchronization detection circuit capable of acquiring user data are provided to improve reproduction capability of a regeneration device without needing high error correction capability. CONSTITUTION: A first coordination detecting synchronization signal is generated by having a center phase. A third coordination having phase width is generated by a prediction coordinating generator(30a) having a prediction phase in a second coordination. The first coordination displays prediction phase of the synchronization based on the periodicity of the synchronizing signal.
